League coordinator

The League Coordinator executes the daily functions that enable Volley Life to provide beach volleyball services. This position offers reliable, seasonal work outdoors at the beach and delivers meaningful impact to our vibrant community. Develop your leadership and customer service skills, take initiative in your role, and grow with a team of workers that regularly stay for multiple seasons. This is an entry-level summer role with future opportunity, not a dead-end summer job.

Year 1: learn operations and customer service skills.

Year 2: Return at higher pay with increased responsibility.

Year 3: Eligibility for SEP IRA contributions and leadership roles.

This is a part time position between 15-25 hours per week.

The responsibilities of the League Coordinator include but are not limited to:

  • Primary: set up, assist players/customers, support nightly leagues

  • Secondary: maintain equipment, event support, assist in marketing

Compensation:

  • Starting at $13.00/hour

  • Eligible second year workers earn $15/hour
